At Svadik, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality snacks to our customers. Due to the nature of food products, our return and refund policy is limited to ensure product safety and hygiene.

Returns
Since our products are food items, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered. This policy helps us maintain proper hygiene and food safety standards. -
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide photos or details of the issue for verification.
Once the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:
• Replacement of the product
• Refund of the product amount

Refund Process
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another agreed method. -
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. -
